If Your Energy Ltd (YEL) attempt to appeal the Planning Committee's decision, we will be asking you, and all your friends and neighbours, to write yet again to the planning inspectorate, to register the real level of local objection to this defective scheme.

We only managed to get the Borough to undertake a last-minute correction regarding the so-called 'Moorsyde' support 'letters' at the planning meeting by bringing to their attention the possible legal conseqences of the external Case Officer's attempt to misrepresent the facts on representations to the Planning Committee.
